Our customer service is reserved for NAV-lab customers who have an active ID CLIENT

It is provided through direct contact with NAV-lab consultants and aims to provide timely and effective support to our customers, ensuring the resolution of the problems they encounter during their daily work, both in the use of the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and in the use of our Microsoft certified Apps.

Tempo Zero

TEMPO ZERO is NAV-lab’s standard on premise solution (available also on cloud on Microsoft Azure) that includes additional features for Business Central ERP and still active versions of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

NAV-lab tech lab undertakes to guarantee constant releases to our customers, in line with the timeframes. Moreover, NAV-lab ensures constant technological updates of the product to safeguard customers’ investiments in Microsoft Dynamics technology.

Product support lifecycle

The NAV-lab support for APP and Solutions lasts as long as Microsoft support for your ERP.
Our APPs are updated according to the ERP updates, within 1 month from the last Microsoft release, unless a different date is given from our official support page.
